Bread Batter Preparation

  1. Cover the apples with brown sugar.
  2. Add the raisins and walnuts.
  3. Combine the Flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda and mix.
  4. Beat eggs, then add oil and vanilla.
  5. Combine egg mixture to flour mixture and mix. Avoid overmixing!
  6. Fold in apples, raisins, and walnuts.
  7. FIll muffin tins.
  8. Preheat oven to 350ยบ F (230 degrees C).
  9. Bake muffins for 20 minutes.
