Bread Batter Preparation
- Cover the apples with brown sugar.
- Add the raisins and walnuts.
- Combine the Flour, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda and mix.
- Beat eggs, then add oil and vanilla.
- Combine egg mixture to flour mixture and mix. Avoid overmixing!
- Fold in apples, raisins, and walnuts.
- FIll muffin tins.
- Preheat oven to 350ยบ F (230 degrees C).
- Bake muffins for 20 minutes.
